Chef Christopher Stonesifer's gourmet 'Themed Cooking Class Dinners' utilize mainly organic ingredients and produce from our local Hill Country farmers. This is a cooking class experience where you not only get to learn, but also sit and be served! Classes provide practical culinary techniques, ideas and recipe notebooks for you. We host classes both at Timmeron and for larger groups at Red Corral Ranch.
