The gourmet cooking classes utilize mainly organic ingredients and produce from our local Hill Country farmers. Cooking classes are filled with a joie de vivre while providing practical culinary techniques, ideas and recipe notebooks for you. We host classes both at Timmeron and for larger groups at Red Corral Ranch.
