This very popular class is not only for men, but for all who love grilling under the blue summer Texas skies! Learn the finest wood smoking and grilling techniques and create dishes like Hill Country Baby Back Ribs with Cherry Coke Glaze, Cedar Planked Wild King Salmon with Jerk Spice and Mango Salsa, Fredericksburg Peach Cobbler with House made Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and more mouth-watering summer dishes.
